Tuscaloosa Sister Cities International (TSCI) is seeking community partners to help make international student exchanges accessible to more Tuscaloosa City Schools students. Through exchanges with our sister cities of Narashino, Japan, and Schorndorf, Germany, students step beyond the classroom and into another culture—immersing themselves in language, history, traditions, and everyday life while building relationships that can last a lifetime.

These experiences do more than broaden students' horizons. They build adaptability, communication, independence, problem-solving, resilience, confidence, and cross-cultural understanding—skills that prepare young people for success in college, careers, and an increasingly connected world.

As the cost of international travel continues to rise, sponsorship support is essential to keeping these opportunities accessible and affordable for our students. Your investment helps provide scholarships and sustain high-quality exchange experiences so that more students can participate, regardless of their financial circumstances.
